Frozen gateaux and celebration cakes are a joy to make on our continuous processing lines. Be it Birthday cakes, Red Velvet cakes, Opera cakes or Genoise. We design your line according to the cake you need. The batter is aerated to the required density monitored by software, to produce layers of sponge or chiffon. Layers of meringue are also possible. For the fillings we provide you with all equipment necessary to apply (aerated) cream, jam or jelly, caramel, icing, or marshmallow between the layers and on top. Either using raw ingredients or semi-ready pre-mixes. Creating endless varieties in taste, especially when adding dry ingredients with our designated mixer. Use our vast experience for a line in a size that suits you, from relatively small capacities to ‘jumbo’ lines up to 10.000 kg/hr.
