Tanis Food Tec is specialist in mallow make-up equipment. In the kitchen area of the marshmallow system the product is made and pumped towards the so-called make-up line. On this line all varieties can be made. The process starts by depositing a thick anti-sticking layer of starch or dextrose on the conveyor belt. Several extrusion manifolds are installed on the line to be able to make a wide variety of shapes, sizes, colours and flavours.
